Further Details:

(a) Applications for registration of minors who were born abroad after 16/08/1960 and their father is a Cypriot citizen or after 11/6/1999 and their mother is a Cypriot citizen are submitted on form M.121. A birth certificate of the child, identity card, passports and certificate of marriage of the parents should be attached to the application.

(b) Applications for registration of minors who were born either in Cyprus or abroad after 16/08/1960 and either their father or mother acquired the Cyprus citizenship after their birth or before 11/06/1999 and their mother is a Cypriot citizen are submitted on form M.126 by the parent who is a Cypriot citizen.
