Employment agreement with the employer;

- Work permit (The work permit is issued by the competent Labour Office. The administrative process regarding work permit shall be initiated by the employer. The Labour Office first reviews whether the job can be filled in by an EEC resident who is registered as unemployed ) ;
- The following documents shall be attached to the application for work permit: authorized copy and official translation of the certification which proves the professional skill of the applicant; medical certification of the applicant issued by a medical doctor and its official translation regarding the adequacy to the eligibility criteria which are required to attend the given scope of activity;
- The Labour Office can request the official registration decree issued by the Company House regarding the employer.
