Further Details:

- The applicant can work as the owner/managing director/member of board of a business entertainment.
- The applicant as the owner/director of the business entity does not need to obtain work permit;
- The applicant must certify that the company employs at least 3 Hungarian or EEC citizen or he must certify that his presence in Hungary is indispensible for the functioning of the company and the business plan of the company proves that the income coming from the entertainment will cover his costs of living in Hungary;
- The registration decree of the company issued by the Company House shall be attached to the application.
