In order to obtain a residence permit for dependent employment (salaried work), the following documentation is required:

• A certified photocopy of the relevant dependent employment contract or of a simple statement by the employer, duly certified as to the originality of the employer’s signature, certifying that you are “remunerated with the monthly salary of an unskilled worker” and defining the term of your employment with the specific employer;
• A certificate that either you or your employer have applied to the competent social security agency (the National Social Security Organization (“IKA”), the Self-Employed Professionals’ Security Fund (“ΟΑΕΕ”) and the Greek Fund for Craſtsmen and Small Traders “ΤΕΒΕ” etc.). for refund of hospitalisation expenses, medical treatment expenses or expenses incurred due to labour accident.
