Residence permit for medical purpose can be obtained by foreign nationals resorting to hospital treatment, in case they follow the therapy ordered by doctors – including surgical intervention – and the subsequent ambulant treatment, if you are in possession of a certificate of the medical institution in charge of the treatment. Foreign nationals, who accompany their minor children or other relatives unable to look after themselves, can get residence permit for medical purposes.
