Free UK Immigration and British Nationality Search

Our online database contains over 3.5 million unique rules, matching your input against all the solutions and loopholes known to Philip. Our unique QUICK search asks 20% of the available questions that supply over 80% of the most popular and common visa and passport solutions.

This QUICK search is designed to take less than 1 minute to complete.

Once you have completed the QUICK search, you can then complete our FULL search. This covers 80% of the available questions that supply 20% of the solutions - these are typically the interesting and obscure solutions that you never knew about. In fact, many of these obscure visa solutions aren't offered by your typical visa agent, because they have no experience (or knowledge) of them.

This FULL search can be done any time, and at your leisure. You can log back into the site, recall your data, and continue the process. The more questions you answer, of course, the more accurate and complete the solutions.

We hate spam as much as you do. So we only send you an email IF - and only IF - a new immigration solution becomes available to you.

Every day, we run an automated search matching your input criteria against the solutions held in our database. Your eligibility to solutions can change when:

• WhatPassport.com adds a new solution into the database that matches your existing search criteria;
• Your personal circumstances trigger a new solution (for example, you turn 18 or 65, or your residency length or relationship length passes a certain threshold); OR
• A visa solution changes (remember, governments change their immigration rules constantly), triggering a change in your eligibility.

British Nationality Law Report

Philip Gamble has written a comprehensive report on the subject of British Nationality Law. It is in the form of a simple PowerPoint slide show of around 70 slides, showing how British Nationality works and how to work out whether you qualify. It is available on your Results Page for £10.

British Passport Review

You can ask Philip Gamble to give his opinion on your claim to British Nationality, based on the data that you have provided on the site. This online purchase costs £29.99. Within 5 working days, you will receive a formal reply from Philip Gamble, giving his opinion on your claim to a British Passport. This reply will be in the form of an email.

You may cancel this Review at any time AFTER you have purchased the service and BEFORE you receive the formal email reply from our Nationality expert. This must be done by email to info@whatpassport.com, and your refund will be credited to your account within 5 working days. If you do not receive the formal email reply within 5 working days, then your full fee will be refunded.

Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third party.

Phone Consultation

If you want to speak directly to Philip Gamble, you can purchase a 30 minute phone consultation with him to discuss your UK Nationality claim. This costs £240 and can cover whatever UK Immigration or British Nationality topic you want to.

Status Trace

The Status Trace is a thorough research into your (and your family's) history, including reviewing all birth, death and marriage certificates. This will enable Philip Gamble's nationality experts to provide a definitive "Yes" or "No" to your right to a British Passport. This service costs £350, and is popular with clients wanting to know whether they have a legitimate claim or not.

Once complete, you will receive a multi-page report detailing their findings and all rights (if any) to a claim to British Nationality.

Once you have made this purchase, you may NOT cancel the service, as there is considerable work involved in researching your specific family history.

Status Trace by Philip Gamble

This Status Trace is a thorough research into your (and your family's) history, including reviewing all birth, death and marriage certificates. This will enable Philip Gamble himself (rather than his team) to provide a definitive "Yes" or "No" to your right to a British Passport. This service costs £650, as apposed to the £350 for the Status Trace undertaken by his nationality team.

Once complete, you will receive a multi-page report detailing his findings and all rights (if any) to a claim to British Nationality.

Once you have made this purchase, you may NOT cancel the service, as there is considerable work involved in researching your specific family history.

Our Policies

Privacy: Your data is held in a standalone, secure database. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties, except in the case where you have indicated a specific country of interest and your details are passed on the selected Immigration partner in that country for review.

Refund/Cancellation: There is no refund once the service is purchased, except where the purchase is cancelled or the service is delivered late. In the event of a cancellation, this must be done by email to info@whatpassport.com but will only be valid if it is received before the service has been provided.
