Our online database contains over 1.5 million different rules, covering over 1,600 visas in over 180 different countries. Our unique QUICK search asks 20% of the available questions that supply over 80% of the most popular and common visa and passport solutions.

This QUICK search is designed to take less than 1 minute to complete.

Once you have completed the QUICK search, you can then complete our FULL search. This covers 80% of the available questions that supply 20% of the solutions - these are typically the interesting and obscure solutions that you never knew about. In fact, many of these obscure visa solutions aren't offered by your typical visa agent, because they have no experience (or knowledge) of them.

This FULL search can be done any time, and at your leisure. You can log back into the site, recall your data, and continue the process. The more questions you answer, of course, the more accurate and complete the solutions.

At any time, you can log in and recall your immigration record. We make available a FREE Visa & Passport Report, detailing:

This can be viewed on-screen, printed out, or you can email to yourself for future reference.

FREE Solution Updates by Email

We hate spam as much as you do. So we only send you an email IF - and only IF - a new immigration solution becomes available to you.

Every day, we run an automated search matching your input criteria against the solutions held in our database. Your eligibility to solutions can change when:

  • WhatPassport.com adds a new solution into the database that matches your existing search criteria;
  • Your personal circumstances trigger a new solution (for example, you turn 18 or 65, or your residency length or relationship length passes a certain threshold); OR
  • A visa solution changes (remember, governments change their immigration rules constantly), triggering a change in your eligibility.

FREE Family Record Input

By one click of a button, we can create a WhatPassport.com record for any of your family members. This saves you (and them) the hassle of having to input the same data into the search.

An email will be sent to your family member advising them of their new log-in details, and they can access their record at their leisure.

British Passport Review

This online purchase costs £19.99. Within 5 working days, you will receive a formal reply from our UK and Colonial Nationality experts, giving their opinion on your claim to a British Passport. This reply will be in the form of an email, including details of the existing UK Visa options available to you.

You may cancel this Review at any time AFTER you have purchased the service and BEFORE you receive the formal email reply from our Nationality expert. This must be done by email to info@whatpassport.com, and your refund will be credited to your account within 5 working days. If you do not receive the formal email reply within 5 working days, then your full fee will be refunded.

Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third party.

Status Trace

This purchase costs £239.99. It cannot be purchased online, and is done by contacting us at info@whatpassport.com.

The Status Trace is a thorough research into your (and your family's) history, including reviewing all birth, death and marriage certificates. This will enable our UK and Colonial Nationality experts to provide a definitive "Yes" or "No" to your right to a British Passport.

Once you have made this purchase, you may NOT cancel the service, as there is considerable work involved in researching your specific family history.

Our Policies

Privacy Your data is held in a standalone, secure database. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties, except in the case where you have indicated a specific country of interest and your details are passed on the selected Immigration partner in that country for review.

Delivery We commit to provide the service within 5 working days. If it is supplied later than this, your full fee will be refunded.

Refund/Cancellation There is no refund once the service is purchased, except where the purchase is cancelled or the service is delivered late. In the event of a cancellation, this must be done by email to info@whatpassport.com but will only be valid if it is received before the service has been provided.
