Spain - Family & Partner - Work Permit (Based on Job Offer)

If you have specific experience in an industry, in some cases you do not require previous work authorization:

Foreign Technical and Scientist invited or employed by the State, Autonomous, Regions, Local Authorities or Organization.

Foreign Teachers invited or employed by a Spanish University

Foreign Teachers or Directors of Cultural Institutions who are able too develop Spain’s cultural programs.

Foreign Government employees, civil and military to develop cooperation activities in connection with the cooperation agreements with the Spanish Authorities.

Foreign Communication Correspondent

Members of international Scientific Missions to carry out works and investigations in Spain and authorised by the State.

Foreign Artists who come to Spain for a specific performance

Ministers, religious or agents of the different churches and confessions, duly registered in the Religious Organization Registry, acting strictly in religious functions.

Foreigners being part of a representative organization, government and administration of the trade unions internationally recognised, acting strictly on trade union functions.

Any Spaniard of Origen who has lost the Spanish Nationality

Any minor with work age under the tutelary of the competent Minor Protection organization, for those activities, proposed by that organization that may help for the integration of the minor.
